STREAM TEENS
Come to the stream to be refreshed. STREAM (Strong Teens Remaining, Enduring, And Ministering) Teens is a place for teens to be strengthened by fellowshipping and learning together. The large majority of teens who grow up in the church will abandon their faith after they graduate high school, and we think this is a travesty. To combat this trend, STREAM gathers weekly during the school year to ask questions and learn why Christianity is the one, true religion. This is a place for teens to ask the hard questions. "Can I trust the Bible?" "Did Jesus really rise from the dead?" "What about all the bad stuff the Church has done in history?" "What about all those hard passages in the Old Testament?" All these questions and more are answered at the stream, so that teens will be spiritually strong, remain in church, endure in the faith for the rest of their lives, and minister to others in the name of Jesus.
Teen Work Camp
Almost every summer for the past 32 years, the teens of Bethesda have traveled somewhere in the United States to help those in need and to preach the gospel. From Colorado, to New York, to Alabama, and everything in between, our teens have spread the good news in word and deed all over the country, and ironically, they always come back saying the trip impacted them more than anyone else.
